A usable sourcing brief names the building use, quantity, external dimensions in mm, storeys, country and nearest port. Include intended service duration, climatic design criteria and known site constraints. If a wind or snow value is unknown, label it unknown and identify the professional who will confirm it. The supplier must support the proposed frame, lifting points and foundation interface with project-specific evidence rather than relying on a catalogue image.

State whether you prefer a finished volumetric room or a panelized assembly and whether MEP preinstallation is required.
