About ATCO Structures

ATCO Structures is an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service. This is not the original brand website or an authorized distributor. The service focuses on modular offices, linked rooms and workforce camp sourcing from China. It provides a document trail between the buyer, selected suppliers, inspectors and freight parties.

How a procurement record develops

  1. 01

    Brief recorded

A procurement engagement starts with a dated RFQ revision. Intended use, country, quantity, measured envelope and installation conditions enter the same brief. A missing site load stays marked unknown until the buyer or appointed engineer provides it.

  2. 02

    Candidates screened

Supplier matching follows the agreed category and scope. Candidates are asked for attributable quotations, drawings and evidence of the particular materials proposed. A factory photograph is context for a discussion, not ownership proof or confirmation of a capability.

  3. 03

    Offers compared

Quotation comparison separates shell, fit-out, site interfaces and freight. The buyer can identify missing exclusions and select which differences warrant a sample or further technical review. No unsupported capacity figure is added to make an offer appear stronger.

  4. 04

    Evidence followed

Inspection and export coordination use the approved revision. Open findings stay visible with a responsible party and proposed next action. Dispatch arrangements follow the commercial agreement, supplier readiness and the freight provider's verified packing plan.

Three working rules

Loads before steel

Design loads belong to the project. Ask for wind speed in m/s with averaging period, snow load in kN/m2 with basis and seismic criteria from a qualified engineer. Screening cannot turn a generic module drawing into destination approval.

Factory scope has an edge

Electrical trunks, plumbing connections, stairs and furniture require explicit inclusions. The coordination desk compares the supplier and site scope against that list. A change to sanitary fittings can alter packing and connection work, even when the external module size remains constant.

Repeatability is measured

Supplier dimensional records should identify the approved drawing, measuring tools, acceptance limits and actual results. Review a first unit before extending acceptance to a batch; sampling and witness arrangements depend on the agreed inspection scope.

Roles on a job folder

The following cards describe coordination functions, not named employees, owned facilities or professional engineering appointments. The engagement establishes who performs each task and which independent specialist the buyer appoints.

Desk with marked-up module drawings and a load table

Design-basis editor

Collects the destination design basis and tracks missing load or foundation interface information for the buyer's professional reviewer.

Tape measure on a steel module corner in the shop

Inspection coordinator

Schedules inspection access and follows the third-party report against the agreed dimensional and coating checklist.

Flat-pack steel members staged beside a shipping container

Packing planner

Compares supplier crate data and the freight provider's loading review before a consolidation booking is confirmed.

Foundation bolt template drawing beside a gravel pad

Site interface

Records the split between supplier connections, local foundations, site MEP trades and the installation contractor.

Supplier management-system evidence to request

Certificates are requested from shortlisted suppliers with the legal entity, scope, issuer and validity dates. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are management-system references; this procurement service does not claim them as its own credentials or as building approvals.

When a project requires EN 1090 or AWS D1.1 evidence, the selected supplier and qualified reviewer establish the applicable execution and welding scope. A panel report must also match the core, thickness, joints and test assembly actually proposed.

There is no published employee count, annual output or completed-project tally for this service. Trust rests on a supplier screening record, quotation matrix, inspection checklist and shipment register that can be reviewed for your engagement.

Ask which file is already complete

Send a use and dimension brief to establish which supplier documents are needed. The reply identifies review gaps and the next coordination step rather than assuming permission to build.
